What's included in a new computer setup

• Initial Windows setup. Skip the Microsoft account requirement if you don't want one, set up correct privacy settings, and configure Windows the way you actually want it.
• Bloatware removal. New computers come loaded with junk — trial antivirus, "PC tune-up" tools, manufacturer ads, and software you'll never use. We strip it out.
• File transfer from your old computer. Photos, documents, music, browser bookmarks, contacts — moved over and organized.
• Email setup. Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, AOL, business email — set up in your browser or in Outlook, the way you used it before.
• Browser setup. Chrome, Edge, Firefox — installed and signed in, with your bookmarks and saved passwords carried over.
• Program installation. Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, Adobe, Zoom, your business software — installed and licensed.
• Printer connection. Wired or wireless, we get your printer working with the new computer.
• WiFi and security. Connected, antivirus configured, automatic updates enabled.
• Walkthrough. We show you what changed (especially if you're moving from Windows 10 to 11), where things are, and how to find what you need.

Old computer? We can help with that too

Once your new computer is set up and you've confirmed everything you need is on it, we can wipe your old machine securely so your data isn't recoverable. If the old computer is still functional, we can also recommend whether it's worth donating, selling, or recycling.

If you're looking but don't know what to buy, we'll help you choose. We'll ask what you actually use it for, what your budget is, and recommend a few good options at fair prices. We don't sell computers ourselves and don't get kickbacks from any retailer — so the recommendation is honest. We can also build a custom PC if that's the right fit.
